1. You will receive an email containing a link to download all of your plan materials. Please keep in mind that this email will be sent to the email address used to purchase the plan. :)
2. You can also login to your account at toneitup.com and click on the "MY TIU" tab. This tab is located between the "Recipes" and "Shop" pages. You can view and download all plan materials here as well.
