I’m having trouble streaming my workouts. What can I do?

We're disappointed to hear you're having trouble streaming your workouts on the Studio Tone It Up app! We recommend making sure you have a strong Wifi connection while streaming the workouts. Also be sure that your iPhone is running the latest version of iOS and Studio Tone It Up.

You can update your iOS by going to Settings > General > Software Update, and you can update Studio Tone it Up by going to the App Store and selecting Updates. If you continue to experience trouble, let us know by sending us an email at Contact@toneitup.com. We're happy to help!
