Tone It Up is committed to excellence and wants to ensure that all customers are completely satisfied with their purchase and service. As part of our commitment, we honor a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee* on Tone It Up nutrition consumable products purchased on toneitup.com. Customers may return/exchange nutrition products purchased from Toneitup.com within 30 days from the purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price. Original shipping, handling and/or other charges are not included in the refund. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred on the return of the merchandise. Item can be opened, but must be returned in original packaging. Exchanges must be for an item of equal or lesser value.

*By volume - consumption of 50% or more of product voids the guarantee & the item is no longer eligible for return.
