Download and complete the Return & Exchange Authorization Form.
Email contact@toneitup.com with a copy of your completed form and a brief description of the issue.
You will then be contacted via email with the address for returning your item.
Include your original invoice, a copy of your completed authorization form and the merchandise you’d like to return or exchange.
Ship your item via a reliable, trackable method. Once you have shipped it contact your customer service representative who authorized your return and provide your tracking number.
